As an intern in the GTM (Go-to-Market) team, you will support the development and execution of strategies to bring products to market successfully. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, retail team, to ensure alignment and drive the company's growth objectives. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, project management skills, and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze daily/weekly sales performance(Sell-In/Sell-Out) to evaluate the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Gather insights such as the online pricing monitoring etc.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including target market segmentation, value proposition, pricing, distribution channels, and marketing campaigns.
- Product Launch Support: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating activities across different teams. Help develop launch plans, timelines, and communication strategies.
- Schemes & Pricing: Collaborate with the GTM team to develop sales schemes. Support the sales team in understanding monthly schemes and pricing policy;
Requirements:
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and the ability to think strategically. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product lifecycle is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret market and customer data. Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively present information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
