Market Planner Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Research and develop strategic recommendations to create critical value to clients, markets, business units and the company
• Support planning and deployment of Starbucks key strategies in areas such as, trade area optimization, new store growth, store relocations and store concept optimization
• Contribute to the creation, development, and prioritization of growth strategies, plans, and goals
• Responsible for both the strategic planning and tactical implementation for a range of projects and initiatives, including growth strategy, retail analysis, market planning and strategic initiatives support
• Provide research, quantitative analysis, and modelling to analyse opportunities, business plan development, competition, and performance and/or evaluation of business opportunities, current or potential
• Apply analytical methods to quantify threats and to identify opportunities to increase market share and/or identify organic growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree : Science Geography, Engineering Geodetic or similar field
• Experience in statistics, modeling, business intelligence and spatial analytic using Tableau/Alteryx\
• 5 years of experience using statistical software for analysis of market research data and development
• Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
• The candidate for this position will be self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, have a learning mindset, and have analytical, financial, real estate, research, and problem-solving skills to excel in a fast paced, lean, results-oriented, and collaborative environment
• 2 years of experience using demographic data in retail market, site analysts and market research
• 2 years of national retail or restaurant experience
• Previous real estate experience
