Asst Consumer Insight Manager

About the Role

As an Asst Consumer Insight Manager, you are responsible for conducting surveys to identify loyal customers and potential buyers. You are also responsible in collecting data such as geographic, habit, background, demographic, and other factors which effect consumers to be processed accurately.

Responsibilities :

• Collecting data such as geographic, habit, background, demographic, and other factors which effect consumers to be processed accurately.
• Conducting surveys to identify loyal customers and potential buyers.
• Conducting insightful program (regular visit, roadshow, research, etc) to ensure consumers' information are well received.
• Analyzing and processing data to be interpreted in report format and statistics which are informative and easily understood.

Requirements :

• Knowledge or experience working in UI/UX research would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and/or Google Spreedsheet & slides.
• Having good analytical skills and interpret the data .
• Placement : West Jakarta.
• At least bachelor degree in business management, marketing, statistic, mathematics, or other related field.
• Having experience in retail or F&B industry would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market research agency (customized/retail) or client side (FMCG, retail, or F&B industry).
• Having technical research skills and knowing any research study - qualitative and quantitative.
