Consumer Insights Intern Jobs

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of ourConsumer Insight Intern, including but not limited to:

• Help us get closer to our customer and identify suitable target customers – understand drivers

of perception and behaviour ;

• Helping to collect and analyse data through modern and traditional methods on consumers, competitors and the marketplace;
• Conduct consumer research project for product strategy; (e.g. Focus Group Discussion (FGD), home visit, direct interview);
• Employ various data collection methods (e.g. reviewing databases, interviews) to collect data to address various research objectives
• Helping to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for product expansion;
• Gather data on all sources and “touchpoints” / interactions we have with the customers, retails and distributors
• Present market research reports and data analysis throughout the organization;
• Helping for preparation analysis report for researches project;
• Provide marketing with information to effectively drive marketing campaigns;
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating findings into written text and presenting results;

Qualifications

• Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• GPA equivalent of 3.00 or above
• Strong in quantitative and qualitative reasoning and good with numbers. Familiar with project management and reporting
• Strong feeling of responsibility;
• Fresh graduate or student with a solid academic background;
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and Excellent problem-solving skills;
• High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business;
