Consumer Logistic Development Manager

The position is a focus to consider the customer’s logistics capability and customer’s inventory into the logistics continuous improvement between KCS and KCS’s customers. This role is responsible to initiate collaboration with customer to identify opportunity, initiative logistics process improvement and implement logistics improvement to support Sales ambition and deliver supply chain financial KPI.

• Focus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value creation initiatives identified through customer collaboration.
• Deliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with the customer.
• Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders: Sales, Logistics operations, Demand Planning, Product Supply and External Partners
• Create a winning team that secures current and future by developing, coaching, delegating and leading a team that can drive the business agenda while giving them the opportunity to grow in the organization.
• Achieve KPIs targets including customer service parameters and logistics spend expectation through effective implementation of processes.

Requirement

• Have experience minimum at least 3 years in Supply Chain at managerial level.
• Bachelor’s and master’s degree from any major.
• Self-Driven collaborate leader with experience of 5 years or more on FMCG organization with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Broad knowledge and proven perform in Logistic Initiative with customer and Logistic Operational.
• Willing to be placed at Karawang – Jawa Barat
• Strong analytical skill, fluent in English, and managing data complexity.
