Warehouse & Logistic Manager Jobs

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
• Prepare shipment documents (like invoice, purchase orders and bills of lading).
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain update records of orders, suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
• Plan shipment based on product availability and customer request.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
• Work experience as a Logistic Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role.
• Proficient with Warehouse Systems.
• Experience 4 years of Logistic & Warehouse Manager is preferred
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline.
