Responsibilities

Service Selling

Selling Building Management Service (Contract Agreement, Billing, Logistic, Security, Handover, Renovation, etc.)

Find new client and maintain the existing client

Building a network in the property industry, especially with property owners such as apartments, office buildings, malls, etc.

Build relationship with potential client (Owner building/Developer/Landlord)

Visiting and approaching new customers

Make a dealing with client

Make marketing report and presentation

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related major

Language: English Intermediate Level

Experience as a specialized in Property Management (high-rise building) with at least 5 years of selling building management service

Has a working knowledge of property management regulations
