Responsibilities:

  • Adjust the organizational structure, staff structure, and salary and benefits treatment reasonably according to the subsidiary's business situation and market conditions.
  • Combine Indonesia regulations and the company management system to formulate and implement HR management systems, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development.
  • Timely handle significant issues in the company's personnel and administrative management, and be responsible for the construction of the company's overseas business corporate culture.
  • Integrate local resources to provide comprehensive HR solutions for local business development in Indonesia and implement them.
  • Regularly report to the company's senior management and the head office on HR strategies, organizational construction, administrative management, and provide specialized recommendations.
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term HR work plans in line with the company's strategic planning, create a comprehensive HR management system, and oversee its implementation.



Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of local HR-related work experience in Indonesia.
  • Strong planning and implementation abilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, good at communication, with outstanding organizational coordination and analytical prediction capabilities.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese or Mandarin is a must.
  • Familiar with Indonesia personnel hiring-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing HR in an international business group is preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science.
