Job Description

THE ROLE


This is an individual contributor role to support Brunel Indonesia to ensure our policy and SOP are comply with all local laws and regulations regarding labour and employment. He/she will support Operations team in managing the external employees (contractors) in Industrial Relations matters and HR team in statutory regulations matters.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters when required
  • Keeping up to date with manpower regulation and policies and update Company Policy accordingly.
  • Support in developing SOP, policies aligned with the local statutory regulations & requirements.
  • Administrative duties to ensure proper filing and retention of information.
  • Any other work / duties as required and assigned by the company.
  • Support internal HR in processes local statutory regulations related matters e.g. payroll, work pass application/renewal/cancellation, handling confidential information and maintaining employees’ personal files and records locally.
  • Registering contractor/internal employees on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan.
  • Maintain and report company manpower report (WLTK).
  • Assist and work together with the other departments to ensure the efficient process flow.
  • Acting as the advisor role on labour regulations.
  • Answer contractors questions and provide requested information in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.
  • Main PIC of the contrator’s exit process (termination, resignation, end of contract) and manage any labor issues that may arise, liaise with company lawyer as when required.
  • Registering PKWT to the Ministry of Manpower for all consultants (Disnaker).
  • Contract registration at Disnaker (lapor PKWT).



WHAT WE CAN EXPECT OF YOU


  • Strong knowledge of the manpower and employment laws & regulations in Indonesia.
  • Proactive and meticulous
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Law.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English in both written and verbal
  • Organized, meticulous and has a good sense of time management.
  • Detailed understanding of Human Resource Management and Organization Business Process.
  • Able to work independently, good problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Fresh and dynamic team player with good cooperation and communication skills
