The Roles:
The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions. We seek an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial individual with experience in HR roles looking for their next unique challenge. Your remit would cover the 360 degrees execution and delivery of the HR and Admin function for the business.
Responsibilities:
1.HR Management:
- Responsible for local training initiatives in the continuous development of Company human resources
- Leading end-to-end HR initiatives and projects, including managing HRIS, budget management, employee relations, HR compliance, talent acquisition, skill-gap mitigation/learning & development, Company culture, and people management
- Work closely with Training Team in executing learning & development strategies aligned with the corporate and business strategy.
- Provide advice, guidance, and direct support on all aspects of people management to various relevant stakeholders.
- Develop the different HR processes and procedures to facilitate the different HR functions for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure that the Company complies with the local labor regulations.
- Ensure the Company has all human capital resources to execute its near-term and longer-range goals.
- Work closely with businesses to achieve strong employee engagement with different HR initiatives.
- Partner with all functions to drive business results that optimize Human Resources talent, structure, process, and culture
2.Administrative Operations:
- Office facilities management and maintenance
- Office supplies management and maintenance
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience at the managerial level
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Tertiary Education, preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Matured in outlook and thinking process
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder groups across the business
- Enthusiastic with a strong interest in learning
- Positive with a can-do & hands-on attitude
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-management skills
- Competent in both written and spoken English
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of team dynamics in a fast-paced environment
