Gree is a small team of 5 people in the Jakarta office. With our growing pipeline of projects we are looking for an enthusiastic and well organized Admin & HR Associate to support the rest of the team in day to day tasks.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Admin & HR Associate
You will support the Finance & Admin team in all the administrative, office and HR related tasks. You will work closely with the Accounting Assistant Manager and participate actively in the life of the company and the projects.
Administrative
- Support Finance team in day to day work including preparing cash advance requests , preparing monthly payslips, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Organize and maintain company wide documentation on google drive
- Planning and scheduling office events such as meetings, conferences, team events, team retreat and provide ongoing assistance during those events
- Assist the Marketing & Comms with arranging local stakeholder consultations and photoshoot
- Assist the team members with domestic and international travel planning and logistics including visa processing, accommodation and transportation
Office Management
- Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with other departments, vendors, office lessor, etc
- Manage all office responsibilities (supplies, IT, utilities, documents/contracts )
- Liaise with finance team and purchase office equipment and computer hardware and software for the team as required
HR
- Assist the health and social insurance administration
- Coordinating and assisting in scheduling periodic team reviews across all departments
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records with employee information and relevant documentation
- Promote a positive work environment by ensuring effective communication of HR policies and procedures and fostering employee engagement
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies/procedures and local laws and practices
- Support staff recruitment process including publishing job ads , shortlisting process, reaching out to candidates, schedule interviews and subsequently manage onboarding and exit procedures, as applicable
- Perform regular engagement surveys with the team

Requirements
- Collaborative work style and ability to work effectively across departments
- Good verbal and written communication skills and conversant in basic english
- Proactive and organized. Looking for someone who is punctual and has good interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred with maximum 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Proficient in using Ms. Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
