Now we expand our business, hence we need to find talented person to join our company in South Jakarta, Indonesia as an HR Generalist Staff.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Collaborate with GA team to plan and prepare company events
• Manage employee database management, administer payroll and compensation benefits plans, including BPJS and private insurance
• Collaborate with Legal team to prepare employment agreement and other documents
• Conduct exit interview and offboarding to resigned employees
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives, including performance management
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, such as job posting, CV sorting, and interview scheduling
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

Requirements :

• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems
• Able to work with the team with a result driven approach
• Have minimum 3 years proven experience in any field of HR and minimum 1 year as an HR Generalist
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or other related field
• Can join immediately
• Detail oriented person with excellent communication and people skills
