Hr Generalist Payroll Jobs

Now we are looking for the candidate to fill up the position of HR Generalist Payroll , with requirements:

• Create Offering letter for new employee, PKWT and PKWTT
• Ensure all the payroll process running timely and accurately
• Budgeting, Reporting, Filing Document
• Input and process report system SIPP, E-dabu and related BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Prepare HR Documents like confirmation letter, explanation letter, and other employee documents
• End to end payroll (Attendance recapitulation, overtime, benefits calculation, salary calculation, PPh21 calculation and reporting, etc)
• Perform administrative processes related to HR (employee database input, document checking, document filing, and others)
• Handling income tax report, and its administration in related to staff income

Job Requirements

• Have 2 years working experiences in Payroll and Compensation Benefit
• Mastering in using Ms. Office application: Word, Excel (with advanced skill in Data Processing such as V/H LOOKUP, Count/If, Pivot Table Point)
• Possess high attention to detail.
• Preferably having experience in HRIS and Payroll Information systems will be an advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any major preferably from HR Management, Accountancy, Human Resource, Administration)
• Familiar with Government Regulation in Compensation & Benefit e.g regulation and implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, Tax Article 21 (PPH 21), and also employee e-SPT.
