The Purpose of Your Role
Senior HR Generalist responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the Hiring , Onboarding and Offboarding process as well as providing general office administrative support. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Your Key Responsibilities
HR
● Handling office administration relating to HR, finance, office management, etc including organising invoices for payment, collecting documentation for vendor registration and payroll, dealing with vendors and service providers for office expenses.
● Directly supporting the Country Manager// Regional HR Operations ( where applicable) on a variety of tasks to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities.
● Assist in the administering recruitment process by receiving and opening applications letters/mails, file in accordance of title of positions for shortlist by HR Officer. Prepare matrix of shortlisted candidates as required.
● Update and maintain the training database of all staff. File of training documents.
● Maintain a security and asset list to ensure the update in a timely manner.
● Record and maintain attendance records of all staff to ensure the accuracy of all records
● Performs other HR related duties, as required.
● KPIS include:
○ All transactions have supporting documentation
○ Payments recorded in a timely manner
○ TImely follow up of invoices for collection
○ Turnaround time for payroll submission
Recruiter
● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
● Screening and shortlisting resumes
● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
● Administering appropriate company assessments
● Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
● Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
● Support the HR local team and HR regional team as required
● KPIs include:
○ Time to fill vacancy
○ Attrition during probationary period
○ No of suitable candidates proposed to hiring managers
○ Roles filled within budget
Who We Want
● Having 3+ years of working experience as an Admin, HR, TA or Accounting role is a plus.
● Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
● Ability to be extremely confidential in all information handled internally.
● High level of professionalism.
● Able to reach across cultural and social boundaries to bring teams together.
● Work efficiently and have a proven ability to meet deadlines.
