About The Team

The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We're dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their career. You will provide support and knowledge to businesses for the whole employee lifecycle. Continually work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the people and workplace experience through localized people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, including visa matters, employment documents matters, process improvements, data & insights;
• Build and develop strong lasting stakeholder relationships with key departments across the business by providing accurate, timely and appropriate advice.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion to determine appropriate actions or solutions to problems;
• Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs;
• Provide support and knowledge to the business for the whole employee lifecycle. Continually, work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle and be a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders;
• Maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, TA and other HR Operations team members;

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labour/compliance laws and cultural nuances within Indonesia and experience in setting up & handling worker council and MSA documents in Indonesia;
• Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues;
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics;
• Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English.
• Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must to be part of a strong and united team across APAC;
• Advantageous to have 1+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience;
• Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and offboarding);
