Job Description

The purpose of this position is to Defining, designing and implementing effective & competitive Reward strategies (including C&B, Mobility Management, Operations & Payroll functions) that align with country/HQ strategies and be able to sustain business needs. Consistently evaluate the existing C&B practices and updated with market situation, review & update internal processes and procedures to ensure Company's market competitiveness.


Main responsibility:

  • Ensures that all payroll process are executed accurately, auditable, and in a timelin manner as and continuously looks for area of improvement in payroll operational process
  • Oversee HR employee services and drive operational excellence in area : benefit administration, employee services, offboarding, expatriate formalities, document management, and etc.
  • Ensure internal equality
  • Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization, prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness, manage forecast report aligned with Finance in monthly basis based on analyzing budget vs actual personnel expense (payroll & benefit expense)
  • Designs and develops compensation policies and procedures to provide clear guidance and governance
  • Identify reward issues in the country, formulate and implement comprehensive reward strategies
  • Involved in compensation & benefit, payroll, and HR Services projects internally & externally as part of continues improvement in process streamlining
  • Involved in C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction through collaborative communication with HRBPs (and EXCOs, when needed) to ensure clarity of Total Rewards strategies implementation
  • Ensure external competitiveness


Requirements:

  • Exposure in Industrial/Employee Relation will be an advantage
  • Min 8 years in HR with 5 years focus in Rewards and HR Operations area, preferably with consulting background
  • Experience in leading a team, with strong stakeholder management
