Head Of Network Operations

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Fiber Optic and Connectivity company seeking to hire a experienced Head of Network Operation for their Indonesia office. This job is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Requirements:

Network operations & Performance management

1. Vendor SLA Governance - SLA & KPIsign-off with Penalty calculation.
2. Integrate 3rd party networks as for managed ‘surrogate’ quality monitoring,
3. To conduct Governance meetings on project deliverables with all Infrastructure & Managed
4. service Providers to highlight the concerns and ensure that actions are taken on time to meet the contracted SLA requirements.
5. To be a part of War Rooms with all key stake holders and enable effective monitoring and tracking of Project deliverables to achieve all milestones on time and ensure that resolution of issues is carried out on a real time basis.
6. Carry-out joint visits of sites to resolve critical issues by interacting with various partners Representative as the case may be.
7. Custodian of all Project MIS input to Portals, Mobile Apps and any other company data base.
8. Network Performance Parameters:

• - Threshold breach ticketing for agreed KPIs – 99%
• - Link Errors <0.05 %
• - Latency -As per standard defined in tool- >99 %
• - Link/service Flaps <1 No of flaps/24 hours (based on customer router config)
• - Zero Alarm Network
• - Report circulation as per agreed periodicity – 99% accuracy in Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports Automated.

Quality, site energy and network asset management.

1. Asset Management using BSS - All NLD route devices & Metro Devices
2. Passive equipment database to be managed via Central OSS/BSS/GIS - 100%
3. WFM Implementation for Asset Maintenance - 100%
4. Quality Audits & Correction - 100% of Network Devices / Services
5. Energy Consumption & Optimization - 100% sites
6. WFM Implementation for Operations & Maintenance

Job Qualifications:

1. B-Tech Electrical / Electronics and Telecommunications or Computer Science Engineering
2. 15+ years of experience with at least 3+years in similar role and capacity
3. 10+ years of people / large teams management experience
4. Work experience in Indonesia and or abroad with national level telecom provider and experience in rolling out high-capacity metro & NLD transport networks nationwide.
5. Intimate knowledge of different Fiber network types – Utilities, OPGW, Underground Fiber, transport technologies as DWDM, Router etc.
6. Should have intimate knowledge of different transport & IP protocols as MPLS.
