As the Dealers Network Director, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand's footprint by cultivating and managing our regional dealer networks. The ideal candidate brings a potent mix of industry acumen, strategic foresight, and leadership prowess, geared towards optimizing dealer performance, satisfaction, and alignment with company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor dealer performance against set KPIs; identify areas for improvement and guide initiatives to optimize dealer sales and service.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams, marketing, and product development to ensure cohesive brand representation across all dealer touchpoints.
  • Design and implement strategic plans to expand our dealer network, ensuring optimal geographical coverage and brand representation.
  • Spearhead initiatives to offer continuous training and support to dealers, ensuring they're well-versed with company's latest products, technologies, and sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor dealer strategies, and customer feedback to inform network development strategies.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with existing and potential dealers, ensuring their alignment with company's standards and objectives.
  • Oversee dealer contract negotiations, renewals, and terminations, safeguarding company's interests while fostering win-win relationships.



Your Qualification:

  • Proficient understanding of the automobile industry's dynamics and challenges.
  • 5+ years experience in a senior dealer management or network development role, preferably in the automobile sector.
  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of additional languages being an asset.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Demonstrable capability in strategy development and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. MBA is a plus.
