We are in search of a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee and cultivate our dealer relationships within a specific region. The ideal candidate will possess deep insights into the automobile industry, have a track record of nurturing strong dealer relationships, and a proven capability to drive sales and meet regional targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting dealer relationships, ensuring optimal dealer performance and engagement.
  • Keep a pulse on regional market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products/services.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region.
  • Act as a bridge between dealers and the company, communicating product feedback, customer preferences, and market demands.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring the best terms for both the company and the dealers.
  • Evaluate regional market trends and uncover sales insights. Monitor dealer performance metrics and strategize improvements.
  • Organize training sessions to equip dealers with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.



Your Qualification:

  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
  • 5+ years working experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or a similar senior sales role.
  • Proficiency in local languages and English.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with the automobile industry, especially in the context of dealer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
