REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Area of responsibility:

Jakarta/surrounding areas - to be specified according to the preferences/location of the candidate

Main tasks:

• Initiating and carrying out activities relevant to the development of distribution and sales,
• Implementation of trade policy, distribution and marketing plans on the market,
• Field work with all distribution channels,
• Professional and efficient service and retain existing customers, attract and retain new customers in accordance with the adopted strategy of distribution channel,
• Responsibility for sales performance
• Product categories – decorative wall panels, skirtings, floors and accessories, ceiling panels, soffit panels, facade claddings/boards

Candidate profile:

• Goal oriented, good negotiation skills,
• Opened and high communication skills,
• Open for B2B cooperation (B2B contract)
• Desire and drive to work in a field sales environment with focus on both suport and development of active clients and acquisition of new clients,
• Driving license,
• >2-year of experience in sales (interior/exterior furnishing products, building materials or complementary categories) in one of our channels (specialist wholesalers and retailers, DIY chains stores, contractors),
• English proficiency - intermediate (B1) oral and written,
