Job Description

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, explore, and cultivate new business opportunities in diverse industries such as industrial manufacturing, consultancy, electronics, semiconductors, and more.

Regulatory Expertise: Study and understand local power quality regulations and their implications, ensuring compliance to standards in the region.

Sales Leadership: Lead the entire sales process, from initial engagement to successful project completion, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.

Key Account Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with distributors, customers, and end-users to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis: Keep management informed through regular activity and results reports, including daily call reports, customer visitation updates, and weekly, monthly, and annual territory analysis.

Marketing Strategy: Assess market demands and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve individual sales targets and capture new business opportunities.

Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from customers and diligently monitor overdue payments.

Marketing Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.

Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and developments by reviewing professional publications and establishing relevant networks.

Requirements:

Electrical Engineering diploma or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power quality solutions industry.

Solid understanding of local industries, with at least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

In-depth knowledge of local power quality regulations.

Possess strong business acumen, a proactive approach, and a dynamic personality.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Able to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.

Self-motivated and result-oriented, taking initiative to follow up with attention to detail.

A team player with exceptional communication skills.

Proficient in English, with computer literacy.
