We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director for the Indonesia region to spearhead our sales initiatives and further solidify our footprint in the market. The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of the Indonesian automobile market, bring strategic vision, and possess a proven track record of driving sales and building strong teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
- Identify and address market trends, competitor strategies, and other relevant industry information.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Your Qualification:
- Familiarity with the Indonesian automobile market is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a National/Regional Sales Manager or Sales Director in automobile or car industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
