Job Description
General Information


Performs day to day processing of HR requests related to one or more service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Integrated Talent, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics and HRIS) for an assigned group of employees handling also complex and escalated tasks. Ensures appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and assures that quality controls like e.g. the 4-eye-check are carried out.


Your Responsibilities


  • You will recommend enhancements, simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.
  • Taking responsibility on record employee enquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool), recommending change to system functionality and supporting systems implementation/upgrade in area of functional responsibility.
  • You will execute and deliver assigned HR Services according to defined service level agreement(s) and handle complex/escalated tasks.
  • You will maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems and provide on-demand reports related to the process when required. You will require to support project or assignments initiated by Global, if any.

  • Recommending, developing and assisting in implementation of special programs in area of functional specialty and supporting HR cross-functional initiatives in area of functional responsibility.
  • Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees, including on-boarding and off-boarding administrations, employees’ P-filling and HR records management, administrate local MyHR tickets and ensuring timely closure of tickets, any other task/assignment given from time to time.
  • You will lead some process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities.


Your Background


  • Proficiency in Ms Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills.
  • Good in stakeholders and vendors management.
  • Able to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented will be an ideal fit.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under tight timeline.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Good to have ADP Time Management knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in any stream.
  • Cross countries HR operations supports, experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written in English communication skills is a must.
  • Experience in payroll and statutory filing are mandatory.
