Overview The IT Service Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT service desk and ensuring that all IT services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. The IT Service Operations Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers, as well as ensuring that all IT services are delivered in accordance with established service level agreements. Detailed Job Description The IT Service Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT service desk, including the development and implementation of service level agreements, the management of customer service requests, and the resolution of customer service issues. The IT Service Operations Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers, as well as ensuring that all IT services are delivered in accordance with established service level agreements. The IT Service Operations Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, as well as developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Experience in managing customer service requests
• Experience in managing customer service issues
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service
• Experience in developing and implementing IT service management tools and software
• Experience in developing and implementing IT service management best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing IT service management frameworks
• Experience in developing and implementing IT service management standards
