Rkef Operations Manager Jobs

Nickel Industries is a leading nickel producer in Indonesia.

The company is looking to employ an operations manager for its RKEF operations located at the Indonesian Morowali Industrial Park. The successful candidate will work closely with our joint venture partners and Nickel Industries’ Management.

Requirements

·Minimum Degree in Metallurgy – Pyrotechnical preferred

·Registered Engineer from Indonesia or International

·Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and operations of RKEF plants

·Minimum of 4 years experience in RKEF Operations.

·Familiar with all aspects of RKEF operations - including conversion to Matte product is preferred.

·Multi Lingual: Bahasa, English and Mandarin

Position Description

·Support Senior JV management in all aspects of the RKEF operations.

·Work closely with our business partners across RKEF operations.

·Develop detailed periodic reporting on safety, production and associated costs for each plant.

·Be part of a value improvement team for process improvement projects.

·Form a work group with partners and an operational management team for programs on carbon footprint reductions.

·Recommend any additional improvements inside the RKEF operations.

·Report operational and safety statistics on production and power plant operations for each RKEF.

·Arrange quarterly & monthly safety, carbon emissions, and modern slavery reporting for internal and ESG reporting.

·RKEF are located at the IMIP Industrial Park and include;

1.Hengjaya Nickel

2.Oracle Nickel

3.Ranger Nickel

·Roster will be 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off to the point of hire.

·KPIs will be established.

Location

·Based at the Hengjaya Mine site approximately 15 km from IMIP.

·Commute to IMIP for Work at RKEF Operations.

·IMIP Industrial Park, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia.
