As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• All Improvements you will process must be aligned and reflect Astro's customer value in clear, measurable progress.
• Define and monitor Key Performance indicators and align with Management and Stakeholder needs
• Develop from Scratch strategic & and operational concepts for Astro Q-commerce and plans to drive long-term sustainable Warehouse Operational Scheme.
• Define and monitor e2e business process improvement initiatives with targeted results
• Coordinates with various business units and vertical Operations to Initiate Projects/tasks, Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, and develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.
• You will proactively analyze fundamental problems in Operational and fulfillment based on the North Star Metric rate that mainly comes from Operational on the ground side think strategically about the long-term solution and execute it by working together with other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches all Astro's Warehouse (Fresh and Dry)
• Conduct relevant research, and data analysis, and Implement high-value analyses that will deliver practical insights
• Creates a roadmap for Operational improvement needed to ensure progress in processes

• An experienced leader who has proven he/she can lead by example, Has stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with a diverse set of people
• You have strategic and creative thinking as we prefer long-term and sustainable solutions to short-term firefighting solutions.
• You have strong analytical skills and familiarity with business Process Improvement and are a Best Friend of Data.
• We are working at a tremendously fast pace here. We prefer the one that has a Fulfillment Logistics e-commerce Background.
• The "Thought leadership" and "never-give-up" mindset and conceptual thinking should be your forte here at Astro as we create something new and tackle so many different problems to develop a better service to our customers.
