Senior Warehouse Manager Jobs

We are seeking a strategic individual who will manage the Warehousing/Distribution team and all aspects of the distribution operation to provide best in class services to our world class clients. This person will play a pivital role within our Warehouse & Distribution organization and have the opportunity to identify and lead projects that drive meaningful improvements with a significant positive impact!
What To Expect:
~ Accountable for managing all aspects of the operation to ensure high quality, continuous warehouse and distribution support of internal and external orders to achieve monthly volume and sales goals.
~ Provides tactical direction and leadership to maximize productivity and accuracy in product receipt, material handling, and inventory storage and order fulfillment. Accountable for meeting schedule, cost, efficiency, and quality targets.
~ Responsible for the management of inventory control, export and import operations and movement of equipment, products and technical data.
~ Manage and further develop the WMS responsible for the management of inventory throughout the entire inbound and outbound warehouse process, deploying the consumption priority rules (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, LEFO) defined by the company.
~ Responsible for performance management and developing a high performing engaged team. Lead the performance management process to provide feedback, recognize high performance and provide professional development opportunities.
~ Partner with Quality Assurance to maximize the return from Internal Assessments and QA Audits to provide objective evidence of adherence to ISO 9001 and HSSE guidelines and Company procedures.
~ Establish a strong network and cross functional collaboration within the organization to drive end-to-end functional improvements of the business. Serve as partner to Global Logistics, manufacturing teams, Purchasing and Planning.
~ Champion opportunities to implement new tools, technologies, and methods. Seeks methods to streamline and automate manual processes.
What We Expect:
~ 8-10 Years with Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ Years with Master’s Degree
~ Extensive technical experience in inventory control, production warehouse support, shipping, & logistics
~ Experience with warehouse automation in the movement and/or storage of materials
~ Experiencing establishing and managing a warehouse and distribution facilities
~ Proactive planning and reliable execution of commercial biotech product supply throughout the product life cycle
~ High proficiency with databases, ERP systems, computerized inventory control systems, barcode systems and application, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)and inventory control methods and procedures
Highly effective people manager.
What We Expect:

~ Extensive technical experience in inventory control, production warehouse support, shipping, & logistics
~ Experience with warehouse automation in the movement and/or storage of materials
Experiencing establishing and managing a 3PL distribution partner
~ Understanding of global cGMPs and other regulatory guidelines applicable to biotech or pharmaceutical distribution activities.
~ Proactive planning and reliable execution of commercial biotech product supply throughout the product life cycle
~ High proficiency with databases, ERP systems, computerized inventory control systems, barcode systems and application, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)and inventory control methods and procedures
Highly effective people manager. Ability to develop and manage high performing teams. Strong mentoring and coaching skills
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
