Senior Merchandiser Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Ensure information flow is smooth between all stakeholders
• Budget management, and ensure all cost and expenses are documented accurately
• Source fabrics and accessories with cost and quality that match our brands' positioning
• Work closely with factories and negotiate quantities and delivery time-scales
• Follow up on the pattern making processes
• Prepare Tech-packs with detail measurement
• Ensure products are delivered on-time and are quality assured
• Work on other ad-hoc projects as per assigned
• Work closely with designers to ensure expectation is aligned
• Handling supply/production problems as they arise
• Working closely with buyers and planners to plan product ranges

Requirements:

• Willing and able to follow pre-agreed SOP
• Strong decision-making skills
• The ability to identify and offer effective solutions to problems
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Able to cope with pressure.
• Presentation skills and the ability to explain data clearly
• Able to understand the business' needs and see the big picture
• 4 years of work experience in similar field
• Have a great team-work ethic.
