The Role

As they continue to expand their operations, they are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join the team. Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Inspect outbound delivery product quality and quantity by doing comprehensive inspection before the product delivery phase.
• Initiate scheduled replenishment for small party delivery based on daily purchase order.
• Handle fulfillment issues, system or service related, to optimize operations.
• Setup SOP for warehouse operation including but not limited to inbound, outbound, return handling, quality control, stock count, and many more.
• Examine document validity, quality, and completeness inbound delivery product with proper documentation.
• Organize product stock in the warehouse by conducting daily, monthly, and annual physical counting to achieve maximum inventory accuration.
• Manage and monitor end-to-end fulfillment process to reach daily SLA target on E-commerce.
• Capacity planning for warehouse manpower.

Ideal Profile

Key Requirements

• Experience in using WMS software is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field in the FMCG, Ecommerce platform.
• Good coordination and organizational skill
• Good communication skills in Bahasa & English to be able to liaise effectively t different stakeholders across the region.
• A good team player and able to lead a team independently
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
• Minimum 3 years experience handling operation, working experience in specialized in courier service/logistics/warehousing background is highly regarded
