Our client, an established manufacturing fan company is looking for a dynamic and experienced GM Marketing to lead the marketing efforts of our well-established retail tools & hardware company. As the GM Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including digital, print, and social media.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals to plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI (Return on Investment).
