Role Overview: As the Brand General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to achieve business objectives and establish the brand as a market leader. You will oversee the entire brand portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, product development, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives. Your leadership skills and industry knowledge will be critical in guiding a team of passionate professionals towards achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with emerging beauty trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and compliance.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budgeting and P&L
• Oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, PR, social media, and influencer partnerships.
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, sales data, and market research to make informed business decisions.
• Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, key accounts, and partners to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop effective distribution strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in brand management within the beauty industry, or Consumer Goods with a track record of success.
