Develop from Scratch strategic & and operational concepts for Astro Q-commerce and plans to drive long-term sustainable Warehouse Operational Scheme.

Conduct relevant research, and data analysis, and Implement high-value analyses that will deliver practical insights

Define and monitor e2e business process improvement initiatives with targeted results

Generate new ideas for processes improvement initiatives and provide management with insights and solutions.

5+ years of relevant experience

Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Skills

Develop and implement continuous improvement on the organization's overall business processes and policies.

Audit organization adherence and commitment to the organization processes and policies and quality standards.

Monitoring logistic operation process focusing on Network, Octopoints/Warehouses

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or related roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry.

Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, and inventory management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience in leading and managing teams.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
