Job Description

This position will be responsible:

  • To execute marketing initiatives, which includes, Brand, channel, and packs. Should work with the regional sales teams to develop promotions and initiatives that capture the regional market dynamics
  • To manage, lead, implement and improve profitability, channel and category development in assigned territory starting from planning, organizing, analyzing, implementing and monitoring based on target and agreed KPI of each project as per Channel Development guidance in Head Quarter, such as but not limited to Channel & Category development, Channel tactical & initiative, Area/Region management, Revenue Management and any other ad hoc projects in related to delivering sustain & robust channel performance within assigned territory
  • For total Trade spends and will be required to improve spend optimization and driving Return on Investments.


Key responsibilities:

Business Objective Deliverables

  • Run RGM (Revenue Growth Management) initiative to ensure a sustain and healthy company’s profitability as well as optimizing investment within the assigned territory
  • Drive and implement category growth plans based on brand activation plans, channel expertise and competitive intelligence in BCC, FEM & AC Category
  • Coordinate NPD development (Launch Plan) with key stakeholder (Sales, Distributor & Customer) within assigned territory
  • Track category & channel KPIs, conduct situation analysis and provide solution-based problem


Monitoring, review & process improvements

  • Provide regular monitoring scorecards for key initiatives both regular and or projects
  • Market intelligent/benchmark from customers, competitors, category, shopper view within assigned territory
  • Fact based post evaluation analysis/review and recommendation of the key initiatives
  • Develop guideline and or improvements from current process to ensure excellent market execution within assigned territory



People Developments

  • Provide right level of support and develop team’s tech & soft skills
  • Create solid teamwork and manage drumbeat both internal & external party (KC-S sales team & Distributor partner)


Requirements:

  • At least 4 – 6 years of experience in the related field, preferably from a multinational FMCG background, with min 3 years managerial position
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office, esp excel & PPT. Power BI is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree of any major
  • Sales Operations
  • Key Account Management (both local & national)
  • Fluent in English both written and communication
  • Good interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to be placed at Sumatera
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details
  • Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, advice, and articulate them effectively)
  • Tech and digital savvy
