- Reporting to Beam's Head of Regional Operations, but working directly with stakeholders across country Operations.

- Analytical thinker - with ability to form structured solutions to ambiguous, complex problems

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Risk Operation and Risk Committee Management

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders. Having Chinese skill is a plus.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and challenging environment.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make well-informed decisions under pressure.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Account Management (both local & national)

Create solid teamwork and manage drumbeat both internal & external party (KC-S sales team & Distributor partner)

Provide right level of support and develop team’s tech & soft skills

Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, advice, and articulate them effectively)

Good interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented

For total Trade spends and will be required to improve spend optimization and driving Return on Investments.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

5-7 years working experience in express/logistics operations covering operational end-to-end process from pick up to delivery

Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies

Prior experience in implementing and improving delivery operations

Lead overall project planning and tracking of milestones across all workstreams to achieve the desired business outcomes

Collaborate across ventures, recommend cost-effective solutions to operational challenges and develop operational improvement strategies
