This Role Is For Our Portfolio Company


Role


Sales Associate (Indonesia) will be working closely with the Business Development Director APAC to grow the new customer base, as well as manage existing clients in Indonesia. This is an individual contributor role, focusing specifically on the Indonesia market.


In the process, you will be gathering potential customer requirements, market trends and local industry news that will need to be shared with internal stakeholders to develop a localized strategy for Indonesia. Sales Associate (Indonesia) will be reporting to the Business Development Director, APAC.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure continuous renewal of the contract from the existing Indonesian clients by delivering quantifiable value throughout the customer journey
  • Conduct appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Continuous new client acquisitions to achieve and exceed established sales performance targets for Indonesia marke
  • Through prospect interactions, identify market expansion opportunities, and devise potential plans and strategies to capture the opportunities
  • Proactive market development through prospecting by LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emails, networking events and other means available
  • Effectively build, manage, and close sales pipeline whilst ensuring that all progress is recorded in the CRM


Requirements


  • 3 to 5+ years experience as an accomplished B2B SaaS/tech sales professional
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a must
  • Experience in blockchain wallet infrastructure/custody and/or cryptocurrency is not mandatory but will be preferred
  • Able to communicate fluently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Confident, direct and concise communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and grasp the technicalities of wallet infrastructure & custody
  • Able to think creatively to cater to different prospect requirements
