Job Description

Job Location: Indonesia or Malaysia


As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and drive sales efforts for CloudSEK specializing in digital risk management and predictive threat intelligence. This role is crucial in establishing and expanding our presence in the Southeast Asia market. We are seeking someone with a strong background in cyber security sales to large Enterprises and SMBs and prior experience working in startup environments.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, within target organizations to understand their cyber security needs and position our product offerings effectively.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the South East Asia region focusing on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the cyber security space, sharing knowledge and insights with the broader sales team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the region, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in B2B sales, preferably in the cyber security industry, with a focus on selling to large enterprises and SMBs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region
  • Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the SEA market, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for cyber security.
