Manulife Indonesia Bancassurance DBS is responsible to build a relationship with the designated Regional Branch Manager or District Head or Team Leader and also making a sales strategy for each branch.

We Are Looking For Someone With


  • Strong in Customer Service Orientation, Leadership and Teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Proficient in English literacy
  • University graduated (bachelor’s degree)
  • Experience 3-5 years gained in a Financial Services organization, likely to be a Bank or Bancassurance Division.
  • Specifically, would have sales management experience or if not have held a people management position in a Training Department.
  • Can demonstrate strong self-confidence and motivational ability. Also able to demonstrate periods of employment working under own initiative to achieve results.

On The Job You Will


  • Work on own initiative and take personal responsibility for the Bank performance.
  • Work with those key contacts to develop a workable plan that clearly outlines the objectives of the business, identifies the development needs of the business and specifies the work Manulife can undertake to support the achievement of the development needs, with agreed timelines and measures of success.
  • In managing Insurance Specialist (“IS”), Regional Sales Manager monitor activities, develop sales capabilities, and ensure code of conduct are being uphold in every activities.
  • To support bridging between IS in branches and Operations in Head Office in supporting the new business or existing transaction
  • Coordinate and work closely with the banks branch managers to assist them in their individual and branch targets.
  • Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results. Understand all contests operating in all banks in order that good ideas/successful contests are shared.
  • Work with Manulife back office functions to assist with all Bank related issues for all applications received until policy issue and acceptance.
  • Understand and then take ownership for the delivery of the Bank annual sales, business and marketing plans.
  • Train, develop and motivate the IS team and branch sales staff to produce the business volumes required. Continually seek to identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training.
  • Act professionally at all times, working with honesty and integrity and recognize the need always for complete confidentiality.
