Job Description

Work Location & Coverage Area:

  • All Kalimantan area (Base = Banjarmasin)
  • Southern Sumatera area (Base = Palembang)


Responsibility Summary:

  • Promote product sales through effective interaction with health care professionals and organizations to increase the awareness and use of the company's products on assigned areas


Key Accountabilities:

  • Make sales calls to new and existing customers
  • Follow up on sales activity
  • Obey the Fresenius Medical Care Compliance and Company Regulation
  • Obey the health and safety guideline as per guided by Crisis Management team when doing his/her job inside or outside the organization
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Other projects those may assign by Direct Superior
  • Prepare sales action plans and schedules
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good relationships
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  • Present sales contracts
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients


Education Background and Experience

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in science
  • Experience in health care industry (medical equipment/ device) or pharmaceutical
  • Comprehensive understanding of health sciences
  • Working experience in sales minimum 5 years with good track record
  • Proven ability to promote and sell products and services
  • Has supervisory experiences (handling sales area / provinces)
