For selling a platform like this, we need people who are super excited about the vision of the company and who are passionately curious about building this for businesses out there.


The Role

We are currently looking for an Account Executive with the right energy, competitive spirit, and personal drive to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in our Indonesia market.

Working in a defined geographic territory, you will proactively engage with targeted companies, as well as follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling and use their expertise to identify prospects, build meaningful customer relationships and drive momentum across multiple opportunities by guiding prospective clients on their Expense Management journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
  • Develop your own vertical/territory plan and a pipeline that will fuel the ongoing growth of your business
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs understanding account requirements
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • Manage the complete and complex sales cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value and ROI/Business Case of Volopay.
  • Accurately communicate customers’ visions and requirements and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
  • Craft an innovative sales pitch to explain product and service capabilities, and initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and make initial presentations.
  • Understand the competitive landscape. Identify new opportunities leveraging your own creativity to engage customer prospects for conversions
  • Educating prospective customers on the value of products and services to create growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product development and the latest releases
  • Work across to discover the emerging trends, turning that information into intelligence and sharing it with relevant teams


Skills & Qualifications

  • CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Strong customer references
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Successful track record managing complex deals from demo to closure and a proper handover to customer success
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English (speaking and writing) are a must
  • Strong ability to demonstrate value proposition & return on investment in complex environments to a wide variety of technical and/or executive audiences
  • Experience managing the sales cycle, closing the deal with the decision-makers with demonstrated skill at negotiating business terms
  • 0-1 years of quota-carrying SaaS / b2b software sales experience as a sales manager or account executive involved in closing deals in Indonesia market
