Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of the English language, have experience in managing clients, exceptional communication skills, and a background in email marketing, including content development and lead generation. Additionally, experience with data reporting and insights is crucial to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Use internal and external tools to create, manage, and execute campaigns
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including content creation and lead generation, based on client’s needs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their email outreaching goals and requirements.
- Effectively manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional communication and support.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of email marketing strategies, cold outbound, content development, and lead generation.
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Experience in SDR/sales is a plus
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven experience in client management or account management.
