Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of the English language, have experience in managing clients, exceptional communication skills, and a background in email marketing, including content development and lead generation. Additionally, experience with data reporting and insights is crucial to excel in this role.


Key Responsibilities


  • Use internal and external tools to create, manage, and execute campaigns
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including content creation and lead generation, based on client’s needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their email outreaching goals and requirements.
  • Effectively manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional communication and support.


Qualifications


  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of email marketing strategies, cold outbound, content development, and lead generation.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in SDR/sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience in client management or account management.
