Description & Requirements
  • Responsible for business growth and achievement of G eneral T rade sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated region. Be accountable of all activities and P&L within scope.
  • Contribute to build and lead implementation of Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy set-up- standardized practices- control & monitoring- performance evaluation- strategic business reviews- system and organization capability development- including termination of non-performing entities at designated region.
  • Ensure distributor financial compliance- provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring at designated region.
  • Inspire- develop- manage and lead team . Review and drive team performance- grow and retain top talents.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities. Implement strict control of order taking- delivery- merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines at designated region.
  • Accountable of sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within scope at designated region.
  • Pilot- adapt and roll-out Go To Market initiatives. Take full leadership of execution and change management at designated region.
Requirements
  • Strong drive & high energy (get jobs done attitude)- hands on and pragmatic- independent and proactive.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and people-performance management.
  • Have the ability of GT Sales & Distribution (trade segmentation- execution standards- retail dynamics- competitive playgrounds- distributor management- revenue-costs management).
  • 6-8 years minimum of exceptional work experience in GT Sales & Distribution. Exposures to Modern Trade environment is a bonus.
  • Have a strong analytical thinking.
  • Superior capability in leading and managing top tier distributors (experience in Go-To-Market strategy and distributor set up is highly preferred).
