Job Description
We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager This role is Remote


We are seeking a proven software sales executive to sell our state-of-the-art Talent Management Software Suite to prospects with more than 3,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully sell enterprise software solutions to senior-level executives of Global 1,000 corporations.


Responsibilities include securing new business leads through a variety of channels, conducting virtual and live presentations around our solutions and capabilities, building consensus, and negotiating and closing long-term agreements with enterprise accounts.


In this role you will...


  • Prospect target customers and qualify opportunities
  • Continue to expand relationships and penetration within existing clients within your portfolio
  • Propose solutions that align to prospects’ and/or clients’ needs, goals and objectives
  • Establish trusted partnership with new and existing clients and collaborate with other functions to ensure that clients are successful and reference-able
  • Consistently meet/exceed established quotas
  • Be capable of delivering targeted and differentiating product demonstrations yourself when necessary
  • Work with partners when necessary by teaming with resellers or bringing partner solutions to the opportunity as required
  • Partner with the Service Delivery teams to ensure a smooth and successful handoff of new wins into the subsequent phases of the Client Lifecycle (e.g., implementation, adoption and optimization)
  • Proactively and accurately manage opportunity/pipeline data in CRM application (currently Salesforce.com)
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plan for your assigned territory


You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have...


  • Outstanding consultative/solution selling skills and consistently not only achieve, but exceed targets
  • Language skill: English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience in selling Human Capital Management (HCM) products highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
  • An expansive network that includes potential target customers and (channel implementation) partners
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations
  • 12 or more years of relevant software or SaaS sales experience with a history of consistent goal attainment
  • Effective customer follow-up, from implementation through to on-going account management

In Indonesia - External Partner, The base salary range for this position is: 0 - 0 HKD. If you work outside of Indonesia - External Partner, the salary range may be different and will be applicable to your country, currency and market.


In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package.


Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
