About The Regional Sales Manager (Electrics) Role

In this Regional Sales Manager (Electrics) role, you will be responsible for leading and developing and coaching the

sales organisation proactively, to exceed the sales targets through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and providing reports to the marketing and sales organisation on market intelligence
• Establishing sales targets and ensures sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
• Creating, planning, and implementing sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy. Achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency
• Monitoring client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels
• Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales
• Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers. Ensuring efficient marketing communications
• Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area West and East Indonesia region and determines plans for acquisition and allocates resources
• Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organised, staffed, skilled and directed
• Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluating data to ensure achievement of goals
• Coaching, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
• Participating on negotiations of key contracts. Managing ongoing costs

To succeed in this regional sales manager (Electrics) role, you will need to be knowledgeable in LV electric products and hold substantial amount of commercial experience in the electrics industry, catering to building automation.

Key Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Experienced in managing panel builder, contractors, end users and distributors as customers
• Five to seven years of experience in managing a low-voltage business
