Sales Executive
Kami mencari seorang Sales Executive yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim kami dalam mengembangkan aplikasi baru konsep SaaS di bidang farmasi. Sebagai Sales Executive, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mencari peluang penjualan, mengubah prospek menjadi klien, dan mempertahankan klien agar tetap memakai layanan kami.
Tanggung Jawab:
  • Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan klien dan mengidentifikasi peluang upsell dan cross-sell
  • Mengambil inisiatif untuk menjangkau prospek dan membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan mereka
  • Menyampaikan presentasi produk dan menjelaskan manfaat dari aplikasi kami kepada calon pelanggan
  • Melakukan penawaran harga dan negosiasi kontrak untuk mengubah prospek menjadi klien
  • Mempelajari pasar dan industri farmasi dan memahami tren dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pelanggan kami
  • Memantau kinerja pelanggan dan mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan untuk mempertahankan mereka agar tetap memakai layanan kami
  • Mencari peluang penjualan baru, mengidentifikasi prospek potensial dan mengevaluasi kemampuan mereka menjadi klien yang cocok untuk aplikasi kami
Kualifikasi:
  • Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu dan kemampuan untuk melakukan multi-tasking
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan mandiri
  • Minimal memiliki gelar sarjana di bidang pemasaran, bisnis, atau bidang terkait
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan relasi yang baik dalam membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang industri farmasi dan aplikasi teknologi SaaS
  • Mampu bekerja dengan target dan mencapai hasil penjualan yang diinginkan
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang penjualan, terutama dalam penjualan produk atau layanan B2B
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik untuk memahami data dan tren pasar
