We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Manager offline operations who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our agents for offline enquiries with minimum 7 Years of experience in a similar role .

As a manager offline you are responsible to maintain effective communication on all offline related matters to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Actively take part in the departmental briefings, Sales Blitz, telesales activities and ‘bring back old business’ actions as requested by the Department Head.
• Offline lost business report
• Assist the senior offline team members of tbo Global and manage their administrative tasks where and when necessary
• Prepare monthly reports:
• Offline log report with status and updates.
• Monthly conversion report per destination/agent per segment
• Handle all incoming calls and emails related to offline inquiries from APAC to ensure that all leads are addressed.
• Turn Down Report
• Analyse requests, check the availability in the respective hotels, block rooms & space, prepare and send quotations to all APAC Travel Agents
• Ensure accurate and timely updates for the offline log and that all leads are tracked and followed up on.
• Assess the requirements and the competition for each offline query lead before sending a proposal to the agent.
• Upload all confirmed offline bookings in TBO system and booking till check out .

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experiences within the offline Department within a Travel Agency /DMc . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essentials. Expert in Microsoft Office and experienced working are required.
