About Our Client
We are currently representing one of the leading general contractor company in Indonesia which is looking to grow their team.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and subcontractors to foster productive partnerships
• Coordinate with others to develop and manage the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement the company's long-term strategic plans
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing key business functions, and implementing effective strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and lead a high-performing team; provide guidance and support to the employees, promoting professional growth and development.
• Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including project management, resource allocation, and budgeting

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, business administration or related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Senior Management roles within construction or general contracting industry
• Fluency in English
• In-depth knowledge of construction operations, project management, and industry regulations
