Operations Manager Jobs

Ubud Raw Chocolate and Cacao is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. As an Operational Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing our company's departments, managing orders, and coordinating production processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage various company departments to ensure smooth operations.

2. Streamline and optimize production processes for our high-quality chocolate and cacao products.

3. Efficiently manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and quality standards.

5. Identify areas for improvement and implement operational enhancements.

6. Coordinate with other departments to monitor inventory levels and suppliers.

7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

8. Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance.

9. Report directly to General Manager on operational metrics and achievements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in operational management or human resource management role.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and efficient work environment, promoting professionalism and fostering a healthy working environment.

5. Knowledge of the chocolate or food production industry is a plus.

6. Good communication skills in English.

7. Willing or currently reside in Bali.
