• Review, evaluate and supervise fit out proposal and works from tenant based to company concept, fit-out guideline and procedure
• Ensure all quality control procedures are executed for company project at work site in a timely and efficient manner
• Planning the hand over with tenant and perform check prior to hand over to tenants
• Manage and review tenant designs and coordinate with technical standards and construction procedures covering architectural, civil and M/E, and ensure the implementation goes well
• Advise, assist and ensure work progress complied with the standard as well supervise contractor safety programs
• To organize, acceptance of the equipment and machinery needed for company project
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding tenant administration requirements that must be met before and after the unit operates
• Develop and maintain applicable Fit Out policies and procedures
