We are currently looking for OPERATIONS MANAGER for immediate placement in our CANGGU location.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a leader for the Operations team with strong hospitality background. You will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the property, day-to-day staff management, and members satisfaction. You should be an ambassador for the Outpost brand, be a part of our community, provide leadership, and ensure operational excellence.


Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversees & accountable for the operations of the entire property.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the teams of housekeeping, maintenance & front desk on a day to day basis.
  3. Coordinates with IT & F&B departments.
  4. Works with Experience & Community team to set up functions/events & assist in ensuring a strong community is present.
  5. Ensures reservations, guest communication & billing runs smoothly & efficiently.
  6. Works with the General Manager to ensure all expenses & revenue is properly documented.
  7. Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
  8. Handles guest complaints and ensuring best guest experience.
  9. Ensures property & assets arekept up to standard & are maintained.
  10. Develop, implement and review operational standards, policies and procedures.
  11. Ensure full compliance to SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards.
  12. Assist HR with recruiting, hiring and payroll when necessary.
  13. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  14. Assists the GM with budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  15. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  16. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  17. Solution-oriented, highly resourceful, with exceptional follow-through.
  18. Able to deal effectively with conflict and manage difficult employee relations situations.
  19. Fill in basic duties General Manager on their leave.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven working experience as Operations Manager in a coliving space and coworking space, boutique hotel, boutique resort, or villa management.
  2. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Google for Business and database management.
  3. Ability to direct the team in all operations departments of the property (including but not limited to the reception team, HK team, F&B team, and Engineering team).
  4. Posses superb customer relationship management.
  5. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Posses the excellent ability to be a problem solver.
  7. Degree in Hospitality Management is preferable.
  8. Proven work experience in a community role or similar.
  9. Able to work and achieve KPI targets with minimum supervision.
  10. Fluent in English is a Must.
