Position : Warehouse Manager

Location : Surabaya

Role Summary & Responsibility : Responsible for organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of warehoused goods. Manage warehouse staff, equipment, and oversee security, sanitation, and administrative functions.

· Executing operational policies and procedures.

· Implementing and overseeing security operations.

· Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

· Maintaining condition and location of tools and company assets.

· Ensuring safety first of workers.

· Monitoring, motivating and managing casual workers.

· Manage and Assist warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues.

· Review and prepare workflow, space requirements, BIN layout, and action plans while ensuring arrival of stock, and shipment schedule.

· Overseeing receiving, packing and loading of goods operations.

· Monitoring and ensuring deliveries are packed correctly and as per customers’ requirement.

· Communication with Freight Agent to follow up on vessel schedule and pickup date of cargo.

· Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of shipments.

· Oversee logistics utilized to transport products to customers (Good and Clean standard Container), communicating with drivers and Freight Agent to ensure secure delivery.

Requirement :

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

· Excellent working knowledge of the footwear industry preferred.

· Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

· Flexible to adapt to changes in scheduling

· Problem analysis and problem solving

· Able to handle decision-making scenarios

· Communication skills - verbal and written

· Data collection, management and analysis

· Planning and organizing & Attention to detail

· Customer service orientation & Teamwork
